Mental health and spiritual health are intertwined and it is clear that Jesus provides light and hope in both areas. As a counselor, I have had the privilege to walk with clients through dark places and into light and hope.

I am passionate about the work that I do in helping others achieve their desired treatment goals.

I have been in the "transforming business" for over 24 years both in the full time ministry and in my own mental health counseling practice.

Seeking therapy can be a scary step, but I am here to support you. Jesus is the ultimate healer and I use Biblical principles and prayer with my clients.

I have been a clinical social worker for 32 years. I firmly believe that everybody can improve and heal, though that may look differently for different people.

My goal is to provide stability as you navigate the pressures of everyday life. Let’s talk and see if we can work together to improve your life and relationships.

Throughout my training and professional experience I have worked with a variety of individuals in a variety of settings.  I have worked with children ages 3-18 as well as adults. I have worked in a community crisis stabilization unit, a college counseling center, and most recently, a community mental health center. I provide therapy to primarily children and adolescents to address mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficult life situations.

My passion is to help believers in seeking counseling from a Christian perspective. I have experience working with first-time clients: ranging from teenagers, young adults, and members of the senior community.

I’ve been a licensed clinical social worker for over 25 years, and have worked with a wide variety people in diverse settings. I strive to bring compassion, non-judgment, and a practical approach to all of my clients.

I have over 18 years experience working with a diverse array of people and situations. I want to help clients feel comfortable expressing their feelings and truly be themselves.

The counseling relationship is a safe space to explore who you are and who you want to become. I believe everyone can find life’s answers inside themselves when they are fully supported and accepted for who they are in a judgement free space.

As a licensed therapist I provide support to identify and overcome barriers to living the full life we each desire. Change takes patience, and healing is possible for those who persevere.
