About
I have been in the "transforming business" for over 24 years both in the full time ministry and in my own mental health counseling practice.
Jesus was a healer. And as Christians we are all meant to heal and be used to heal others. I have been married for 20+ years and have three zealous boys! I currently lead a mission planting in Portland Maine, called the Casco Bay Church of Christ. I have also been personally impacted by having a counseling relationships and value the mentors, counselors and disciples in my life over the 24 years of being a follower of Jesus.
Treatment Approach
I take a person centered / cognitive behavioral approach with an emphasis on mindfulness and like to “walk” alongside my clients as we learn together.
