I have experience working as a counselor for at-risk youth, for survivors of domestic violence, and as a counselor for individuals adjusting to blindness or low vision. I specialize in anxiety, depression, abuse and trauma, child and adolescent issue and substance abuse issues.

I am passionate about the work that I do in helping others achieve their desired treatment goals.

Counseling can be intimidating but I have personally grown so much as a person on the receiving side of counseling. I have over 18 years of experience as a Mental Health Counselor and have thoroughly enjoyed working in this profession.

I know it can be difficult to open up about your personal struggles with a therapist. I want you to know that I will provide you with the listening ear and support that you need.

I have been a clinical social worker for 32 years. I firmly believe that everybody can improve and heal, though that may look differently for different people.

I provide therapy to primarily children and adolescents to address mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficult life situations.

My passion is to help believers in seeking counseling from a Christian perspective. I have experience working with first-time clients: ranging from teenagers, young adults, and members of the senior community.

I’ve been a licensed clinical social worker for over 25 years, and have worked with a wide variety people in diverse settings. I strive to bring compassion, non-judgment, and a practical approach to all of my clients.

The counseling relationship is a safe space to explore who you are and who you want to become. I believe everyone can find life’s answers inside themselves when they are fully supported and accepted for who they are in a judgement free space.

As a licensed therapist I provide support to identify and overcome barriers to living the full life we each desire. Change takes patience, and healing is possible for those who persevere.
