Counseling can be intimating but I have personally grown so much as a person on the receiving side of counseling. I try to make the process easy and accessible to all that I meet. I have over 18 years of experience as a Mental Health Counselor and have thoroughly enjoyed working in this profession. I specialize in addiction, anxiety, marriage counseling and depression. I am the clinical director for The Well Behavioral Health and love helping people see progress and victory in their personal lives. I take a person centered / cognitive behavioral approach with an emphasis on mindfulness and like to “walk” alongside my clients as we learn together.
