About
Throughout my training and professional experience, I have worked with a variety of individuals in a variety of settings. I have worked with children ages 3-18 as well as adults. I have worked in a community crisis stabilization unit, a college counseling center, and most recently, a community mental health center. I provide therapy to primarily children and adolescents to address mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficult life situations. I approach therapy sessions with an integrated approach but utilizing many skills from cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe in bringing compassion and acceptance, while also working with individuals to build upon their skills.

I was raised in a Christian family, but have been a Christian myself for 5 years now. This experience has helped shape my perspective on therapy and . I believe in bringing compassion and acceptance, while also working with individuals to build upon their skills.
